Do you ever catch yourself hunched over your phone or laptop? If so, you’re not alone—most people spend hours every day looking down at screens. This forward head posture, often called “tech neck,” can lead to stiffness, discomfort, and long-term spine issues if left unaddressed.

Here are a few quick tips to help protect your posture:

· Hold devices at eye level instead of bending your neck.
· Take short breaks every 20–30 minutes to stretch and reset.
· Strengthen your back and core muscles for better support.
· Practice “chin tucks” to keep your head aligned over your shoulders.

Chiropractic care can also help relieve the effects of tech neck, improve mobility, and keep your spine in healthy alignment.
