With on-going wound care, and strong mental fortitude, we were able to assist Lorraine until wound closure! This is AMAZING! Macrophage (green) repairing an injured blood vessel (orange).

Macrophages play a large role in wound healing by clearing and eliminating cellular debris and bacteria after an injury. But they can also repair broken blood vessels to restore blood flow after an insult! What an incredible video ✨ ❤️‍🩹
