Pathways Community Living was founded in 2012 with a dream and dedication to provide enhanced living services and improved lifestyle opportunities for adults living with intellectual disabilities. The agency accepted its first participant during the summer of 2013 and has experienced rapid expansion since that time. Pathways strives to meet the growing need for housing services of adults with various intellectual disabilities in Allegheny County. Opportunities provided to its clients include:

Aspects in supporting the daily needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is never to be overlooked, but harnessed as one of the greatest asset to the most vulnerable population in our community. We continue to advocate for positive change industry wide. This week we honor all the DSP’s that make a place that empowers people with ID/A to reach their fullest potential! 😎

At her final appointment, our cool & awesome Jami gave her pediatric cardiologist artwork she designed of the heart with a pacemaker! He said “this is one of the best gifts I’ve ever received”. ❤️
