It is truly an honor to announce our Senior Living Employee of the Month, Colette Cleveland!

POSITION OF NOMINEE: Full-Time CNA
ATTITUDE/CHARACTER:
Colette is one of the sweetest, most humble, kind, easygoing, friendly people that I have had the pleasure of working with. She always shows up to work with a smile on her face and a lot of love in her heart. She takes on every task without hesitancy or complaint and maintains a cheerful disposition no matter the circumstances. She is a person that others enjoy working with and the residents look forward to seeing.
CONCERN FOR OTHERS/COMPASSION/SERVANT HEART:
Colette has a servant heart through and through and lives her life with conviction and compassion towards every person she encounters. It is evident that she loves the Lord and lives her life according to HIS word including her interactions, service, and work at The Heritage Home. She is admired by her peers and leadership team for her steadfast faith, strong work ethic, team-oriented approach, and positive attitude.
YEARS OF SERVICE/DEDICATION:
Colette started at The Heritage Home in May of 2024 as a brand new CNA. Her first position was PRN and then she gradually transitioned into a full-time night shift CNA role. She started as a very shy and timid CNA and has grown into a confident, competent, valuable member of our team. It has been so gratifying to witness her transformation and watch her personality come to life as she shines in her role.
EXHIBITS INITIATIVE/ENTHUSIASM BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY:
Colette is one of the first people to volunteer to come in early or stay late or adjust her schedule to help out her team. She will work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and everything in between. She takes direction and accepts any and all tasks with enthusiasm. She is reliable, consistent, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow not only professionally but personally as well.
The Heritage Home is beyond blessed to have Colette as an integral part of our team and honored to award her Employee of the Month.
