No class with me today. I’ve been very sick all week and I’m starting to feel better, but I don’t want to use every ounce of my energy that I have to teach class this morning. I’ll be back at it next week. Everybody stay healthy whatever I had was pretty brutal.

10:30 am - Breath and Balance
Experience the joy of movement in your body. This gentle and supportive practice combines somatic movement, breath work, balance exercises, and stretching to enhance your body’s functionality and promote wellness and mobility.
