Next time you start cleaning your house 🏠, 1️⃣Make a cleaning plan. 2️⃣ Crank some great music. 3️⃣ Set your watch/workout tracker to “other”. 4️⃣Challenge yourself to clean for an hour without stopping- and dancing in between! You can burn a lot of calories, have fun, AND check the cleaning 🧹 tasks off the to-do list. ✅ Win-Win-Win! Any movement is movement! 👏
