This empowering class is now on the schedule midweek. Build strength, stability, and confidence in a supportive, all-women space.

Now at a new time. This week, P***y is subbing while Nicolle enjoys some spring sunshine.
🌗 NEW TIME Thursday | 5:15pm - Slow Flow
Now at a new time. Move slowly, guided by breath, as you soften into each shape and explore the subtle sensations within your body. This is a truly embodied experience—inviting you to drop out of your head and into feeling.
🌙 Friday | 6:00pm - Root to Womb Meditation with Sol Rah Spirit
This will be an epic, deeply immersive women’s experience.
Through shamanic drumming, sound healing, and lower chakra activation, you’ll be guided into a powerful space of release, remembrance, and reconnection.

Emily returns with new depth and expanded energy after an intensive training in sound and vibrational healing.
Expect 7 quartz crystal bowls + new instruments, layered into a powerful, heart-opening experience designed to move energy, restore balance, and inspire.
