This week’s inspiration card is Anahata, the heart center, and the surface that might sound purely spiritual but there is real science behind the energetic heart.

The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body — measurable several feet beyond us (learn more at HeartMath Inc.).

The term “heart coherence,” refers to a measurable state where heart rhythm patterns become smooth, ordered, and harmonious — typically influenced by emotions like appreciation, gratitude, compassion, and love.

In a coherent state:
• the nervous system stabilizes
• stress hormones decrease
• cognitive clarity improves
• emotional regulation strengthens

When we embody the feelings of love, gratitude, forgiveness, and compassion we are not just doing emotional work. We are influencing our physiology through energetic frequencies.

As leaders, clinicians, parents, and partners our energetic state matters because coherence is contagious.

The question then becomes: What are we broadcasting into our shared spaces? And how can we shift it?

This week's theme is Anahata ~ The Heart Chakra ~

The center of love, connection, compassion, & appreciation.
Anahata reminds us that love is
something we practice giving and receiving, without keeping score and without reservation.

This week I invite you to:
Show self-compassion through self-acceptance
Express gratitude for even the smallest of blessings
And find ways to show love and empathy to all living beings

Love lives in the breath you slow down enough to feel.

Look.
Listen.
Live.
Love.

IYKYK 🤩
Sometimes the vision arrives before the building.
And seeing it reminds me why I’m doing the work.🤍

It’s so fitting that AI pulled this together for me.
Holding the vision. Trusting the timing. Doing the work.

What if five minutes a day could change your nervous system?

This Wednesday evening, and I are hosting a free Zoom session exploring the power of intentional and transitional rest - taking micro-moments between tasks, conversations, and obligations to engage our nervous system in recovery, recenter ourselves, and reduce the cumulative burden of mental fatigue.

These aren’t just feel-good ideas, they’re backed by research.

Last year, I led a study across two major healthcare systems that examined how small, consistent micro-practices affected perceived stress among healthcare professionals over 90 days.

📉 The results?
Let’s just say the graph below speaks for itself.

Whether you’re in healthcare or simply feeling the weight of a high-stress life, this session will give you practical tools to weave restoration into your day—without needing a full hour of meditation or a wellness retreat.

This week's theme is HARMONY

Over the past few years, I’ve found that inner peace begins when what we’re thinking, how we’re acting, & what we truly believe start lining up a little more.

Sometimes we do the “right” thing but feel off inside.
Sometimes our mind is racing while our body is exhausted.
Sometimes our beliefs haven’t caught up to who we’re becoming.

Harmony starts with just being present and simply asking myself, what’s a small shift I can make right now to feel more at peace?
If you pause for a moment, does anything feel out of alignment for you today?
If so, take a moment to examine what you may need to change to find peace - your thoughts, your actions, or your beliefs?🪭

With this week coming to a close, take a moment to notice how you’re feeling. If you took just one step towards reaching stillness, do you notice a difference?

By allowing your body and mind to rest without guilt you’re giving them the time to replenish and expand.
Trust yourself, give yourself permission to clear the mind, relax the body & return to balance.

"Rest is the time in which your body & mind restores and heals themselves. Take a few moments during the work day to disconnect and rest by taking deep breaths. Clear your head & relax your body with meditation before bed.
Prioritize rest to feel and be your best everyday."

As a registered nurse and holistic wellness coach, I deeply believe in the body’s ability to heal when it’s supported — not rushed. That belief is what draws me to natural ingredients and plant-based care that work with the nervous system, not against it.

These Anastarr products are part of my own daily rhythm of rest. I genuinely look forward to using them — not because I “should,” but because they help me slow down, come back into my body, and transition into rest more gently.

Aromatherapy, especially, has become one of my favorite ways to support my nervous system at the end of the day. One breath can change everything.

This is why I offer these at Infinite Bliss Wellness — because they’re part of how I care for myself, and how I support others in creating more nourishing, sustainable rest.

This week’s theme is REST

Rest is the time in which your body and mind
restore and heal themselves.
Rest shouldn’t wait for 'someday' or only be done on vacation.
Instead, it’s best experienced in small, intentional moments woven into everyday life.

This week I challenge you to practice rest as a rhythm. Pausing during the workday to breathe,
disconnecting from constant input,
and softening into stillness before sleep.

Rest clears the mind, relaxes the body,
& brings us back into balance.
May you give yourself permission to slow down, even briefly.
May rest support you in feeling/being your best. 🪷

As the week comes to an end reflect on all that you are blessed with.
Whether it’s self made, brought by association, or just simply something you admire/appreciate.

Hold them close to you, cherish them.
& remember that expressing gratitude, will in time, lead to peace.

“Look, listen, & feel for the blessings that surround you. What do you have that others less fortunate only wish for? Music, colors, shelter?? Take a moment and appreciate the wonderful things in your life.”
