Weight gain and loss is a result of your lifestyle and habits.

Put your focus on those things and your weight will follow. It’s more important to implement healthy habits slowly than to do crash diets (which, generally are unhealthy, too), just to lose weight. When weight is the focus, over your health, your weight will change, fluctuate, and very likely either never be your goal weight, or you won’t be able to keep it there.

The key is lifestyle habit change. Here is where you begin to truly build a foundation of health where your dream weight can settle in for life.
