“In July 2021, I wanted to do all I could to improve my cholesterol and triglyceride levels. My triglycerides
were over 1300; they needed to be under 150. I’ve struggled with this since I was a teenager and nothing I did helped. I needed to change my approach. I chose my gym because it had a pool. I’m a good swimmer and had little knowledge of weights or building workouts. After visiting the gym, I signed up for a trainer to help me. I was so fortunate to be assigned to Sabra.

I was nervous to have a trainer. I wasn’t in good shape and I didn’t know where to start. Her approach was different than I expected. She was interested in me: my goals, my struggles, and my bucket list of activities I’d like to do. After assessing my fitness level, she built a workout for me. She walked through the exercises, and they were easy to find online if I forgot how to do it. I was ready. Over time, I got stronger and started to see changes in how my clothes fit and my mental health improved greatly. The benefits were so much more than I expected.

Sabra provided more than workouts for me. She listened when I was frustrated and encouraged me to keep going. Even when my venting was ridiculous, I felt valued and accomplished working through those obstacles. She helped me with simple changes to my diet and continued to motivate me to push myself. Her approach to health and fitness was refreshing. We celebrated small victories and big victories. It was challenging at times, but she believed in me. I wasn’t alone in this journey. I had a coach and a teammate cheering me on.

I am probably way busier than your average person and as a result my sleep kinda gets cut way back if I’m not careful.

I used to push through tired days like it was a badge of honor — until I learned that rest actually fuels results.

What most people don’t realize is that your body doesn’t “turn off” when you sleep — it repairs, resets, and rebuilds everything you worked for.

Getting around 7–9 hours regularly, winding down the same time each night, avoiding late food and stimulants, and giving your body that consistent rest makes everything else in your day work better.

Sleep isn’t extra — it’s part of the work. 🌿 💚

Prioritize your rest and you’ll notice de wrap things.

One, you’ll have way more energy.
Two, your mood won’t he so rotten.
Three, your body won’t hurt so much.

Elevated Eight is what comes after your 4 Week Mini Program — but it can be done solo without hiccups if you’re wanting to jump right in to all the Balance8life phases at once.

(The Mini Program gets you moving. This program integrates healthy habits as well, with a little more advanced fitness - but still only 3 days of workouts with an optional 4th!)

The Elevated Eight is for people who are done chasing extremes and want structure, rhythm, and balance that actually fits real life.

✨ Movement that supports your nervous system.
✨Nutrition that works with your body.
✨Habits that compound quietly over time.

I’m taking a lot of time on this program so please be patient. It may not be perfect, but I’m setting the bar pretty high. 😜
