Guess what Corazoncitos?? They are finally back. It’s true. Our beautiful signature body butters. Organic Avocado, EVOO, Shea & Mango butters, slowly infused with lots of plantita magic harvested over the summer and a little bit of root medicine to leave the skin deeply nourished without any greasy residue. Perfect time for this ever so dry weather.

We only offer this remedy during winter through mid spring and when they’re gone they’re gone until the next time 🌬.

Due to a national shortage on jars and bottles we have had to increase cost by $1 to cover the additional cost we are incurring, but still doing our best to keep everything top quality, made with integrity, environmentally friendly and accessible.

We Are live!
Our Winter Update is here! ❄️🌲❄️
✨We have many beautiful herbal infused goat milk soaps, old skool favorites and a couple new ones as well as a Shampoo and Conditioner bar set we have been dreaming up for a while and they are incredible . So glad to say laterz to expensive shampoo and plastic bottles, we hope its a small part to doing better for Pachamamita 🌎🌊💦🌳.

Pialli Friends. We have been quiet in this space but intentionally crafting the past three lunar cycles in a way that creates with the movement of time ✨✨✨.

While we have been investing lots of physical energy with our families during the fall, the bases of our soaps, body & bath oils, body butters, salves and Elixirs have been macerating and soaking up lots of plant medicines in the light of full moons and sunrises.

Preventative measures are everything!
It’s that time of year to Boost Boost Boost your immune system. With the change of seasons, flu season near and La pinchi Rona and her new cronies still making their way, it’s so important to take preventative measures.

We are happy to have a small batch of our Elderberry and Friends Oxymel to offer in this space.
Ingredients: Cinnamon, Ginger, Elderberry, Marshmallow Root, Star of Anise, Wild Cherry bark, Yerba Santa, Raw unfiltered Orange Blossom Honey (from local Julian Bee caretakers), Apple Cider Vinegar ✨💪🏽🌿
We decided to take our Syrup recipe full of these powerful plant friends and turn it into an Oxymel this season. Why? Because the combination of plant medicines macerated in honey and apple cider vinegar makes for a powerful Anti- Viral. ACV helps alkaline the body, which in turn kills bacteria and viruses. Honey relieves inflammation and is a powerful anti microbial. Also Oxymel preserves better than syrup. (Keep both refrigerated and tightly sealed for longer shelf life). This particular remedy works specifically to support the immune system and respiratory system. A favorite way of ours to consume as a daily preventative is add a tbsp or 2 in a big glass of sparkling water. Bomb! You can also just take 2 tbsp a day and if you feel something coming on, take 2 tbsp 2x a day.

Due to drought and limited supply of elderberries we are not sure when we will offer again but so grateful for sustainable farmers and elderberry tending relatives to provide us with a enough to make some medicine with. Our trees only produced enough for the birds this season.

Winter, Spring Summer, fall, whats our favorite remedy of them all???

Baños/Herbal Bath Soaks 💯💯💯.
This can be in a bath tub, una tina de acerco (a large steel garden/washing or livestock water tub) or whatever you can make work that can hold hot water safely.

It can be to submerge the whole body, partial body, or just the feet which is a major portal of energy.

We like to create our herbal soak blends with seasonal flowers, plant medicines and salts to assist in pulling and drawing out toxins, inflammation; and for spiritual cleansing and protection.

Water is our first medicine. It is life giver, transporter, cleansing, renewing, healing. For therapeutic benefits, We recommend to bringing one gallon of water to a boil, remove pot from heat, add herbal soak blend (1 cup minimum and whole jar for a powerful full body soak), cover with lid and allow to rest for 20 mins. Than strain into bath tub. Or add pot in with flowers if you don’t mind a little clean up afterwards. You can also tie herbal soak in a cheese clothe, muslin or reusable tea bag add herbs to pot or tub directly if preferred, but the more the plant medicines can sit in hot water the more the more therapeutic your soak will be.

There are many great tips floating around instagram about how to stay cool which we will try and amplify in our stories these coming days, but I wanted to share one of our favorite recipes to hydrate through the summer.... Old Skool Aguas with some twist for extra nourishment and hydration hacks with botanical support.

Featured here is our Agua de Sandia. A go to in my pregnancy during the thick of a hot summer last year, and we were pleased to welcome it back our home this week. Heres the receta which makes 4 16 oz servings.

~🍉Half of a large watermelon or one small watermelon cut up without rinds.
~Add to blender
~🥥💦Cover with 16 oz of coconut water
~🌸 Add 8 oz of rose sun tea (i like to make a strong infusion and let it sit in the sun throughout the morning to have ready for the afternoon).
~🍄💗3 Tbspn of the featured Organic Beets & Mushroom Powder supplement... (this stuff is a powerhouse of goodness that makes a huge difference in energy levels).
~🍋a couple limes or one lemon (whatever you have) juice freshly squeezed
~✨sprinkle of cinnamon powder, because our familia loves canela (optional)
