His surgical background in the field spans over two decades, and he keeps his skills fresh with continuing education and new technology research. This state-licensed ambulatory surgical center adheres to top standards of quality, safety, and sterility. Dr F***y Louton, a board certified family practitioner, provides nonsurgical aesthetic interventions in the Blair Plastic Surgery Medical Skin Care & Laser Center at both locations; Altoona and State College.
