☀️In addition to the RYT200 certificate in 2019, including a certificate of 25 hours in Anatomy of Yoga; also gained a certificate of 50 hours in Yin Yoga in 2020.

☀️I practice Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Yoga for Runners, Somatic Therapy, and Slow Flow for beginners - with a focus on asanas with counter poses to further align the body. Currently am wrapping a 60-hour Somatic Attachment Therapy Certificate, which aides in muscle tension, chronic pain, emotional awareness & improving balance/coordination.

☀️As of 2023, currently attending Yoga Therapy School, whom the co-founder of The International Association of Yoga Therapists is within its faculty.
