Beginning as a student, Kiefer quickly found that BSA’s culture and the acute-care environment were exactly where he wanted to grow. Today, he has advanced into a lead physical therapist assistant role and is continuing his education to become a licensed physical therapist.
Kiefer shares that BSA’s culture is what makes the difference. “There is a strong sense of teamwork, open communication and mutual respect.”

But the heart of his work is the impact he can make every day. “The most fulfilling part of my day is witnessing a patient’s progress and seeing how even small improvements can restore hope, confidence and independence,” he shares.

Brittany, Physical Therapist, has been part of the BSA team for five years, and from day one, she felt the passion and purpose behind helping patients regain strength and return home. “The best part of my day is being able to work with my team and treat patients to hopefully get them home. I enjoy getting to know my patients personally and celebrating the small wins of healing.”

Since joining the team, her career has expanded with new opportunities. “I’ve become more involved with leadership and now serve as a clinical instructor. I’ve been able to attend continuing education courses that have helped me grow as both a physical therapist and a healthcare professional,” she shares of her career journey.
