The first Story County Dementia Support Group will be taking place at Green Hills this coming Wednesday, February 18th from 1PM - 2PM.

Join us this Wednesday Feb 18th from 1-2pm at Green Hills Pine Meeting Room for our first Story County Dementia Support Group! This will take place every third Weds of the month!

This Dementia Support Group is designed to provide education, emotional support, and practical guidance for caregivers and families of individuals living with dementia. Meetings include discussion, resource sharing, and coping strategies to help participants manage caregiver stress and improve quality of life for both caregiver and loved one.

Group facilitators are Kate Mohr, Home Care Consultant with Home Instead and Michelle Sweeney, Hospice Liaison with Suncrest. We are so excited to bring this resource to Story County!
