If you are inspired to join us for a session, or group offering, w

e will work to bring our humble, enlivened hearts to you through our precious friendship, openness and skillful facilitation. ABOUT US:

Joy is not separate from healing.

It’s part of it.

So many people treat joy like it’s frivolous…
like it’s something to postpone until the pain is gone.

But what if joy is not a distraction from grief, rage, hurt, or heartbreak—

✨ What if it’s part of what helps us hold them?

Joy does not erase pain.

It gives us the capacity to keep going.
To stay open.
To remember what we’re fighting for.
To stay connected to life while holding what hurts.

Maybe joy is not bypassing.

Maybe joy is medicine.

What if allowing yourself to receive joy is part of your healing?

What if shutting yourself down isn’t actually keeping you safe anymore?

So many of us learned early that it was safer to:
stay quiet
be agreeable
hide our truth
suppress our needs
disconnect from parts of ourselves

And at one point… maybe it was.

But healing asks a new question:

✨ Is that strategy still protecting you?
✨ Or is it now costing you your voice, your wholeness, your freedom?

Because sometimes what once kept you safe…

becomes the very thing keeping you small.

And the deeper invitation is this:

What if being more fully yourself is actually part of your safety now?

What part of you are you still treating like it’s unsafe?

What if your survival brain isn’t just here to keep you alive…

but to help you live?

So many people relate to the primal brain as something to regulate, calm down, or overcome.

But what if there’s more to it than fear and survival?

What if embedded in your body—
in your instincts, your longings, your sensations—
is communication from something deeper?

What if your survival system doesn’t just hold your trauma…

✨ It also holds your aliveness.
✨ Your purpose.
✨ Your longing to be here.
✨ Your reason for living.

Maybe the goal isn’t to fight your primal brain.

Maybe it’s to learn how to listen to it differently.

What if your body knows more than you think?

What if your self-judgment is louder than your truth?

So many people think their inner criticism is wisdom.

That the voice saying:
“I’m too much.”
“I’m not enough.”
“I should be better by now.”
“I’m wrong for feeling this.”

…is somehow helping.

But often, judgment doesn’t create clarity, it creates a distraction.

And underneath is something deeper:
your intuition, your knowing, your essence.

Healing isn’t just about feeling better, sometimes it’s about clearing the layers of shame, self-judgment, and conditioning that keep you from hearing yourself clearly.

✨ Your judgments are not always truth.
✨ Sometimes they are the very thing blocking your knowing.

Drop in the comments below: What judgment are you ready to stop believing?

If you’re feeling scared, angry, grieving, or overwhelmed right now…

that doesn’t mean something is wrong with you, it means your humanity is still intact.

In a world where so many people numb out, disconnect, or shut down…
your ability to still feel deeply matters.

Fear, grief, and anger are not always signs of dysregulation.

Sometimes they are signs of:
• compassion
• conscience
• connection
• care for humanity

The question isn’t how to get rid of those feelings.

It’s:

How do we hold them well enough that they can guide us?

Because when we can stay present with our fear instead of collapsing under it…

it can show us:
• what matters to us
• where we’re being called
• who we’re here to help
• what needs to change

✨ Your fear may not be a flaw.
✨ It may be evidence that your heart is still open.

Take a breath today and honor the part of you that still cares.

There’s something deeper happening when people gather right now.
Not just action. Not just resistance. But connection.
In times of uncertainty, the nervous system can contract, isolate, and pull inward.
And yet — community does the opposite.
It brings us back into:• shared humanity• collective care• a sense of not being alone in what we feel
Spaces like protest can become more than a response.
They can become places where:✨ emotion is expressed instead of suppressed✨ energy moves instead of getting stuck✨ people remember what matters to them
And that matters for collective healing and real social change.
Showing up doesn’t have to mean overextending yourself.
It can look like:being presentstaying awaretaking care of yourself and othersand participating in ways that feel aligned and sustainable
Because when people come together with intention…something shifts.

What if it’s actually safer to be yourself?

So many of us learned early on — through trauma, neglect, or overwhelming experiences — that it wasn’t safe to trust our knowing.

So we adapted.

We disconnected.
We overrode our intuition.
We learned to live in ways that kept us protected… but not fully ourselves.

But what if that adaptation isn’t what’s needed anymore?

What if reconnecting to your intuition, your essence, your inner knowing isn’t dangerous…

but actually part of your safety?

Part of your regulation.
Part of your clarity.
Part of your capacity to move through the world in a grounded, aligned way.

✨ Your knowing isn’t the problem.
✨ It might be the resource.

What feels more true for you right now — trusting yourself or overriding your knowing?
