I provide online workout programs and nutrition coaching to help women end the restrict, indulge, guilt cycle of dieting and build healthy, sustainable lifestyles. My passion is showing people that you can look and feel incredible, without giving up the foods you love. I believe that a healthy lifestyle involves balance and that tracking macros and strength training is the best way to get there!

I’m launching a new project: HelloStrengthSeniors — a weekly live mobility class designed to help older adults get moving, improve their mobility and provide an approach entry point to movement.
Classes are free to join and will take place online Tuesdays at 8:30-9 AM EST for. If you, your parents, your aunt/uncle, anyone you know might benefit from this kind of movement & community -- I'd love if you'd send this page their way!

Don’t confuse 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 with 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺.⁣

Most of my clients coming to me knowing what they “𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨”, the hard part is figuring out how to fit those things into your hectic, busy life!⁣

𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡:⁣

— It’s hard to see solutions from your vantage point of being in the trenches, so a coach can provide solutions you didn’t think of⁣

Yes, exercise (and should) be apart of weight loss programs — but it’s much more than that!⁣

Running is often the first type of exercise people migrate to when wanting to lose weight, but there’s so many reasons to run (or do cardio in general) besides burning calories. ⁣

YES, protein is so important and often the thing that my clients (and self) have to proactively work on including enough of in their diets.⁣

HOWEVER, there is no reason to feel guilty or stress about a low protein meal here or there.⁣

For all metrics of health, fitness & nutrition — look at them from a zoomed out perspective. ⁣

Do you usually get enough protein in your day/week/diet overall?⁣

If so, great! Then enough a low protein meal here and there.⁣

If not, actively work on including a high protein ingredient in at least 2 meals a day.⁣
