Being at the top yields the best rewards. Anyone that has done mountain climbing knows this. Facing and enduring the hard climb to get to the top is the challenge.⠀
⠀
Everyone wants the quick and easy peace and happiness but few are willing to go through all the hard stuff that is the path to lead them there. ⠀
⠀
I was tent living in the Arapaho National Forest and saw the mountain peak behind me in this picture. That mountain called to me and I knew I wanted to be at its top. ⠀
⠀
Physical challenges strengthen my mind and sharpens me to be at my best. Despite the snow, feeling tired and the brokenness of my body after living in a tent for 5 weeks and having to sleep in my car for a few nights because of freezing temperatures, I did some stretch therapy and mental focusing to climb to the top of the mountain. ⠀
⠀
4 hours later and I was at the top with some amazing rewards. A crystal clear lake I bathed in and also Taz, the most beautiful scenery, fresh air from the bluest sky, and the best feeling of confidence, clarity, and feeling alive. ⠀
⠀
Physical challenges will toughen your mind while also shedding light to your potentials. We set so many limits on what is possible because we don’t challenge ourselves enough. ⠀
⠀
Each time you surpass what you thought was possible leads you to higher levels of being you. ⠀
⠀
Explore yourself. Explore your mind and body. Explore your soul and the limits to the human soul. ⠀
⠀
Confidence, peace, and happiness are rewards of being at the top from facing difficult challenges. Climb to your top; it’s the best place to be. ⠀
