Proof of life.(ish)

I’m moving slow, listening to my body, and letting my inner healer run the show.

Give me another day or so and I should feel ready to rejoin the land of the living. Or as my husband refers to it, I’ll be up for (yelling) again in my loving Virgo way 😉

Grateful for every one of you .
