As an Assistant Project Manager, Carrie has been an invaluable member of our team, leaving a lasting legacy through her unwavering dedication, collaborative spirit, and pursuit of excellence. Throughout her tenure at C.W. Driver, Carrie played a pivotal role in the success of numerous projects on Grossmont Union High School District’s campuses, including El Capitan High School, Mt. Miguel High School, Valhalla High School, West Hills High School, Monte Vista High School, and the AMP&RSAND Creative Office Building.
Carrie forged strong relationships with teammates, clients, and partners, and played a vital role in delivering projects that enrich our communities. We are deeply grateful for her years of dedication and the positive mark she leaves on C.W. Driver Companies.

This month, we are honored to celebrate the retirement of Andy Feth, whose remarkable 17-year career at C.W. Driver Companies has left an indelible mark on our organization and the communities we serve throughout Southern California.
As Project Executive, Andy was instrumental in delivering a wide range of meaningful and complex projects. He consistently brought deep design-build knowledge, LEED expertise, and a passion for excellence to every team he led. His leadership was vital in guiding numerous high-profile projects, including the Alpine Library, the County of San Diego’s first Zero Net Energy building, UC Irvine Alumni Center, Menifee Union School District’s Sally Buselt Elementary School and Menifee Valley Middle School Reconstruction, MiraCosta College’s Oceanside Chemistry and Biotechnology Building, and San Dieguito Union High School District’s Torrey Pines High School Building “I,” Arts Classroom, and Aquatic Center.
Andy’s expertise, leadership, and unwavering dedication have profoundly shaped C.W. Driver Companies. His commitment to sustainable construction, collaborative project delivery, and superior project ex*****on continues to influence the spaces that benefit our communities today.

Our Project Manager, Jordan Steedly, recently visited TK classes at Sally Buselt Elementary in the Menifee Union School District to share insights about construction and what it takes to create the spaces where our communities learn, play, and grow. This visit provided a unique opportunity to inspire the next generation of builders by showcasing the impressive machines, emphasizing teamwork, and highlighting the importance of safety in construction. The ACE Mentor Program introduces high school students to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering through hands on learning and mentorship from industry professionals. The program provides real world exposure and creates meaningful pathways to college and careers.

This month, we’re proud to recognize Denise Santos, Business Analyst, for her extraordinary perseverance during one of the company’s most complex system integrations. Despite vendor delays and extensive ripple effects across multiple platforms, Denise remained steady and solutions-focused, working long days to support more than 230 affected users. Her persistence ensured critical systems launched successfully and strengthened our foundation for future transitions. Students, staff, and district leaders came together at the new Mira Mesa High School Student Services and Classroom Facility for a ribbon-cutting celebration full of energy, cheer performances, and community pride. This new building marks a major milestone in the campus's whole site modernization and creates an inviting, safe space right at the front entrance on Marauder Way.
We’re honored to be part of transforming this space for the Mira Mesa High community and can’t wait to see the positive impact it will have for years to come!

C.W. Driver is proud to celebrate the topping out of the new Career and Technical Education (CTE) Building at Poly High, marking an exciting step forward in the school’s transformation. The three-story, state-of-the-art facility will soon be home to innovative, hands-on programs, including the MEDS program, Auto Shop, and Robotics.
Future phases will introduce additional academic facilities, collaborative outdoor learning spaces, and new athletic facilities to support Poly’s champion sports programs.
We are honored to partner with LBUSD, LPA, and the Poly community to help bring this vision to life. Thank you, Kitchell, for the amazing photos!

Take a bird’s eye view of the progress at the CSU Dominguez Hills Health, Wellness and Recreation Center!Exterior glass and curtain wall installation are nearing completion across the North Building, with metal panels actively being installed. The South Building exterior is taking shape as well, with glass in place on multiple elevations. Inside, painting, ceiling systems, and drywall are advancing floor by floor as the spaces continue to come together. More to come as this dynamic campus hub moves closer to completion!
