Progress continues at the La Jolla Welcome Center. Good & Roberts is wrapping up the West and South structural CMU walls, and the remaining CMU footing is scheduled to be excavated and poured soon. Electrical underground work at the building pad is complete, and plumbing underground is set to resume shortly, with completion expected in the near term.

Construction is progressing steadily across both the North and South Buildings. Interior framing and drywall work are well underway, with MEP rough-in continuing throughout. Elevator shaft framing is advancing, and installation is scheduled to begin soon. Roofing on the North Building is making strong progress with completion expected in the coming weeks.
On the South Building, fireproofing is complete, intumescent painting is underway, and wall framing has begun following MEP rough-in. Skylight installation is advancing at the roof, and exterior work continues with sandblasting finished on the North Building and curtain wall components being installed on the South.

Driver SPG is honored to announce that the Our Lady of La Vang Marian Gardens has been selected for a national award from the American Institute of Architects through its Faith and Form program. This recognition celebrates excellence in religious art and architecture. The project reflects a deep commitment to thoughtful design, cultural significance, and community impact. Receiving this award is a testament to the dedication of our project team, our design partners, and our client, who entrusted us with bringing this meaningful vision to life.
We are very proud to share this achievement and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a project that holds such spiritual and cultural importance. Congratulations to everyone involved!

We are proud to share the completion of the Grossmont UHSD Mt. Miguel High School Science Building modernization. This much-needed upgrade provides students and staff with a refreshed, functional, and future-ready learning environment.
The project transformed six existing classrooms into seven new science classrooms, along with two new lab prep rooms. The interior modernization included entirely new underground, in-wall, and overhead utilities, upgraded finishes, and new laboratory casework with lab sinks throughout the classrooms and prep rooms. The chemistry rooms now feature gas turrets at each lab sink and a fume hood in the chemistry prep room, supporting hands-on learning and enhanced safety. The reconfiguration delivers an additional classroom while maintaining the original building footprint.
We are excited to showcase the final results and celebrate another project delivered for the Grossmont Union High School District.

The San Marcos Mission Hills High School Athletics project is moving full speed ahead! The new multi-purpose field is complete and has been turned over to the school. The team has successfully poured the post-tensioned tennis court slabs, and installation of pour strips and trench drains between the courts is now underway.

C.W. Driver Companies employees recently came together for our annual Companywide Meeting to reflect on a year of achievement and growth. We celebrated standout project completions, welcomed an exciting slate of new work, and recognized the many employee anniversaries and well-deserved promotions that continue to strengthen our organization.
This year, we also partnered with the NEGU Foundation to assemble 1,000 Joy Jars for children fighting cancer, an effort that reflects our commitment to supporting the communities we build for.
Our people remain the driving force behind everything we accomplish. Their dedication, expertise, and heart are what continue to move C.W. Driver Companies forward.

Exciting progress is underway at the College of the Desert Palm Springs Development Project, where C.W. Driver is leading construction for this transformative higher education campus in the Coachella Valley. Once complete, the new site will serve as a dynamic hub for education, innovation, and workforce development, offering students modern learning environments and hands-on training opportunities in key industries across the region.
Currently the project is advancing through foundation work, underground utility installation, and early structural steel er****on. Site grading, material staging, and new parking lot paving are also progressing across the jobsite. Stay tuned for more updates as construction continues to take shape.
