Coach Gettys – Strength & Conditioning Circuit Classes

Circuit classes are starting again this week! These small-group sessions are designed to improve strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall performance in a focused, supportive training environment.

Details:
• Limited to 5 participants per class (to ensure quality coaching)
• $20 per class
• All fitness levels welcome
• Modifications provided for injuries and ability levels
• Ideal for athletes, adults returning to fitness, and those wanting to train with purpose

Class Schedule:
• Monday & Friday – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday – 2:00 PM

Spots are limited and fill quickly. Message me to reserve your place.

Three weeks post Inguinal Hernia Surgery and I am cleared to slowly ease into my workouts. I decided to start the C25K plan as cardio has always been my weakest part to my routine. Being born with underdeveloped lungs and living with asthma, I could make all the excuses in the world. Instead, I set goals and work hard to achieve them! These are my three days from week one! I have a couple days of rest and then start week 2! 😀

Thank you to everyone who prayed for me and who have checked in on me through my two surgeries. Both surgeries were a success and I will be back at the gym in two weeks! I appreciate all of you!
