Currently, I have limited avaliability for telehealth sessions for lunchtime appointments and evenings. Please contact me for avaliability.

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor, licensed in the State of Alaska and have 20 years post Masters experience. I use a CBT, insight oriented approach to help individuals build hope, increase confidence, competence and self efficacy to manage life experiences. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
