Muscles grow when you gradually increase weight, reps, or time under tension.

CHOOSE CHALLENGING BUT CONTROLLED LOADS 🏋️‍♂️
Use a weight you can hit for 8–12 clean reps. If you breeze past that, bump it up. Once you’re hitting 15+ reps, you’re mostly training endurance.

SLOW, CONTROLLED MOVEMENTS ⏱️
