I wanted to take a moment to re-introduce what I do and why I do it.

I sell Arbonne and run a small sweet-treat business because I truly believe that health and wellness doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love. I’m on my own wellness journey, learning how to fuel my body better while still enjoying something sweet — and that’s exactly where these brownie protein bites were born.

I wanted to create treats that feel indulgent, taste amazing, and still offer better ingredients and real benefits. Something you can grab without guilt, enjoy fully, and feel good about sharing with your family too.

These brownie protein bites are one of my favorite examples of balance — rich, chocolatey, and made with purpose 💪🍫

✨ A Little Story About Yesterday… ✨

Yesterday was one of those days.
I walked into the gym with zero energy, zero motivation, and (to be honest) zero desire to even be there. I stared at that treadmill, feeling every excuse rise up at once.

But I started anyway.
One step… then another.
And before I knew it, 33 minutes passed. 247 calories burned. 1.58 miles that I didn’t even want to do — but did.

I looked around at the gym — loud, busy, everyone in their own zone — and I realized I was in my own little battle, too. Not with the treadmill. Not with the weights.
But with my will.

And somewhere in that moment, I felt God whisper to my heart:

“Just keep going. I’m with you.”

Not a shout, not pressure… just a gentle reminder that I don’t walk (or run) in my own strength. I’m held. I’m supported. I’m strengthened.

By the time I got to the locker room and snapped that little flex photo, it wasn’t about looking strong — it was about choosing strength. Choosing discipline. Choosing the version of me God is shaping, even on the days I don’t feel like showing up.

Galatians 6:9 says,
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

And yesterday was one of those quiet “don’t give up” victories.
No fanfare. No perfect mood.
Just obedience… and grace.

So if you’re staring at your own “I don’t want to” moment today — whether it’s the gym, your health, or anything God is calling you to — let this be your reminder:

✨ Show up even when it’s hard.
✨ Show up even when you’re tired.
✨ Show up even when the feelings aren’t there.

Because God meets us in the effort, not the excuses.

And those small, imperfect steps?
They add up.
They matter.
And they build a strength far deeper than muscle.

You’ve got this. And more importantly… God’s got you. 💛💪🙏

Happy Sunday, friends! 💛

Before I jump into my workouts, wellness routines, and sharing my favorite Arbonne goodies for the week, I’m taking a moment to pause, breathe, and get my heart centered as I head to church this morning.

Sundays remind me that wellness isn’t just about our bodies — it’s about our spirit, our mindset, and the energy we pour into the world. ✨

Last week threw me a little curveball — I threw out my back and had to take a break from the gym. It’s never easy slowing down when you’re focused on your goals, but sometimes your body just needs that time to heal and reset. 💪
I’m finally back this week, taking it slow and steady, and honestly feeling better than ever. 🙌 Sometimes a little rest can remind you how strong you really are — not just physically, but mentally too.
After the gym, I came home, meal prepped for the week, and whipped up some delicious Arbonne protein waffles — just three ingredients! 🧇 Fueling my body right feels just as good as getting back into the gym.
So if you’re feeling off track or struggling to get moving today, remember: progress isn’t always about pushing harder. It’s about listening to your body, staying consistent, and showing up however you can. 🫶
