Meet the Staff Monday!

Say hey to Matt, our awesome Director of Nursing here at Linley Park Post Acute!

Matt keeps our nursing team running smooth and always makes sure our residents get the best care possible. He’s the kind of guy who jumps in wherever he’s needed. Whether it’s helping a resident, checking in with staff, or just sharing a good laugh in the hallway.

We’re so thankful to have Matt leading with heart and keeping things running strong here at Linley Park!

We had a great time at the AnMed Vendor Fair today! It’s always wonderful connecting with local healthcare partners and sharing more about the services and compassionate care we provide.

We love being part of a community that values teamwork and support for our seniors. Thank you, AnMed, for having us!

Over the weekend, our team had the honor of speaking at the Pilot Club Summit of South Carolina. Sharing about the wonderful things happening at Linley Park Post Acute and the compassionate care we provide to our residents.

We’re so thankful for the Pilot Club’s warm welcome and partnership as we collected donations to support our residents. Your kindness and community spirit help us continue to make Linley Park feel like home.

Meet the Staff Monday!
Today we’re excited to introduce Holly, our amazing Social Worker and Discharge Planner here at Linley Park Post Acute!

Holly plays such an important role in helping our residents and families transition smoothly through their care journey. She’s compassionate, organized, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels supported and informed every step of the way.

When she’s not at work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Carolina Game C***s . We’re so grateful to have her on our team and appreciate all she does for our residents and families each day!

We had a blast supporting the Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament and visiting our friends at local Assisted Living Facilities! Building connections and spreading smiles wherever we go.

Octoberfest at Linley Park!
We had the best time celebrating fall together at our Octoberfest hosted by our friend Cathryn with VIA Health Partners!
Our residents enjoyed delicious food, and drinks warm fellowship, and plenty of autumn cheer.

Team Linley Park was proud to take part in the Alzheimer’s Walk this weekend!
We walked in honor of our residents, families, and loved ones affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia. It was a beautiful day filled with hope, support, and community.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, cheered us on, and continues to raise awareness for such an important cause. Together, we walk to end Alzheimer’s.

We had such a lovely time visiting our friends at Summit Place in Anderson. Together, we created beautiful floral arrangements that brightened the room and brought lots of smiles.

It’s always special when we can share creativity, laughter, and friendship with our neighbors. Thank you, Summit Place, for welcoming us—we can’t wait to come back!

Friday Look Back
This week the Funny Farm rolled in and turned Linley Park into a barnyard of FUN! Our residents got up close with goats, ponies, and plenty of furry friends who brought lots of giggles (and maybe a few surprise nibbles ).
We had a moo-velous time and can’t wait for our next farmyard adventure!
