WHAT AM I DOING?? Hi everyone! Lots of questions lately about my competition plans for 2026 ( i so appreciate you asking 🫶) so here we go….

📌 I’m still in off season for another 6 weeks or so
📌 Yes I have some shows in mind but nothing definite
📌 My weight is about 12-14 lbs above stage weight at the moment 😅
📌 Daily calorie intake is 2200 and upwards 😁😁
📌 Foods that I’ll have to give up when prep starts…. Oh boy!!! It’s a long list: wine and cheese, chocolate, potato chips, most Filipino foods except rice! 🍚 🥰
📌 Do I like off season? Absolutely love that I can enjoy more food choices but I absolutely dislike not being lean. Just being honest. Most bodybuilders will relate. lol 💋💋💋
