Wildlings Jr. Yoga begins Monday, March 2 at 9:15am.

For ages 2–5, this class blends movement, imagination, music, and simple poses designed for growing bodies and big feelings. Think animals, stories, breathwork, and just enough structure to build coordination, confidence, and social connection.

Parents can join their child (at no additional cost) or register separately for the heated vinyasa class next door. For safety and comfort, parents must remain in the building.

Join us for a 2-hour deep practice designed to open the hips, hamstrings, and groin while building strength and stability along the way. Expect slow, intentional sequencing, time to settle into each posture, and a nervous-system reset that stays with you long after you leave the room.

Unlike a fast flow or fully passive yin, this is where muscular engagement meets deep mobility.
