In this episode, me and Chris get into what it actually means to find purpose. We talk about how easy it is to form strong opinions without real context.

Christianity, the universe, and the idea of searching for something larger than yourself. Not from a place of preaching, but from real curiosity. What are you actually putting your belief into? Where does your sense of direction come from? And are you open enough to challenge it?

This episode is about stepping outside your own perspective, being honest with yourself, and realizing that purpose isn’t something you force; it’s something you discover when you’re willing to look beyond what you think you already know.

Most people don’t even realize it…
They’ve been trained. Conditioned. Domesticated.

In this episode, we break down what it really means to live with a domesticated mind. Holding onto expectations, attachments, and beliefs that were never truly yours.

We get into the balance between ego and humility and why you can’t completely kill your ego, but you damn sure better learn how to control it. Because unchecked, it’ll run your life. But without it? You lose your edge.

This conversation goes deeper into the idea that your life is ultimately on you.
Not your past. Not your environment. Not other people.

Were you a bedroom kid… or a living room kid?

Did you grow up tucked away in your own space? Told to go to your room, stay out of the way?
Or were you out in the living room, part of everything, hearing conversations, being in the mix, learning as you went?

We break down how something that simple can shape who you become, your confidence, your imagination, and how you show up in the world today.

We talk about the power of saying “no” and why it feels selfish even when it’s necessary for growth.

We also get into how we’ve lost that childhood imagination over time… and how most of us are walking around disconnected, headphones in, living in our own world instead of the real one.

🥳 32 Years In | 16 Hour Treadmill Challenge Recap | Ep. 38 | The B.A.D. Project 🥳

After a short break, we’re back.

In this episode, we recap the 16-hour treadmill challenge and everything that came with it. What started as something tied to turning 32 turned into a real test, mentally more than anything. There’s a point in doing something like this where it stops being physical and turns into a battle with your own thoughts.

Me and Matt talk through what that actually felt like in the middle of it. When time slows down, motivation disappears, and you’re left figuring out why you’re still going.

Doing hard things on purpose isn’t about proving anything to anyone else. It’s about building something internally that you can rely on later. And once you go through something like this, you don’t look at challenges the same way again.

🎥 Full treadmill challenge vlog dropping soon.
