Good morning my friends and fellow Veterans. Santa’s travels continue. I would like to make a few comments on this day, being l am one of his many helpers.

Before we open our presents, visit with friends and family. Along with sharing one heck of a meal. Remember there are so many Veterans, who wouldn’t be able to be home this year. They are requiring care in the many Assistance Living and Nursing facilities around the world. Many will be without family and friends around them . The staff at these facilities will do what they can to bring a smiling face to them and maybe even some special treat or small gift .

I ask all of you , be Santa Helper today for these men and women . Just take a moment or two and visit this Veterans and other members in these facilities .

If you really want to Celebrate the Reason for the Season . Stop by and show them how much you care .

It warms my Heart, just thinking about it . Again my Elf ( special sister ), will be making a couple of stops to do just this . If you can’t join me today in Oceana County , please please do it in your area.

I truly believe that Santa will be looking down as he travels across the world and smiling as he goes .

Thank You All

Don’t forget everyone, tomorrow morning at 09:30 Santa and one of his trusted Elfs will start off by visiting all 4 Veterans living there and the rest of the folks living there, along with visitors and staff. He will be delivering special goodies to the Veterans.
The first stop will be the Oceana County Medical Facility. Afterwards, he heads down the street a little bit, to visit the one Veteran there. Again with a Goodie Bag. And the visitor and staff, will be given a treat as well.

He sure could use a little help in bringing smiles to all.

Merry Christmas and Thank You All

Up date on Larry F. Joe called me earlier this evening with some great news. While Larry is still in ICU, he now can see visitors. I am going to try and make it down over the next couple of days. Please pass along this good news.

And keep the prayers going.

If I hear anything else, I will be sure to post it.

Hey folks I’m back already. And like usual, I have an odd question and yes, it’s outside of our county.

Here goes. Tonight our local Santa and Elf, made a visit to the Seminole Shores Living Center (Assisted). While there visiting with kids and adults of all ages, he learned something that greatly disturbed him.

There’s currently 15 Veterans living there . And no Veterans Group in the area are doing anything for them. Shameful.

12/17/2025

Hey folks, just heard from Joe, about Larry F. He’s going to be in the ICU of the hospital in Muskegon for awhile yet.

We all need to keep praying for him and his family.

I continue to ask if there’s anything we can do. Nope, just keeping the prayers going

Hey folks, it was just confirmed that Santa and one of his Elf’s will be at the Oceana County Medical Facility on Christmas Morning at 9:30 in the morning. While he will be stopping in to see everyone there, including visitors, staff and residents, he’s especially excited to see the military Veterans that live there.

Again he sure would like to some more folks there to help him.

After visiting with everybody at Oceana Medical, he’s going down the road a short ways and visiting Cherry Blossom Medical Facility and everyone there.
Again he could use some help. The more smiles the better.

Let’s really show these folks we care

I have just received over 20 New American Legion Post 30 License Plates today

Hey folks, I just heard from a great source that Santa and one of his trusted Elf’s will be visiting both Medical Facilities up in Hart, on Christmas morning. Yet he needs a little help from our Legion Members.

There’s a few Veterans up there, that could use a little help. Most of all some “Smiling Faces “, to join Santa.

Also there’s a very loyal Detroit Tigers and Michigan State Spartans fan, living in Cherry Blossom. Anyone got any new extra stuff, that he could put in his room. He’s a pretty cool guy.

Next at Oceana Medical Facility, we have a Forever an Always “ Marine “. He likes to read basic history and mystery books. I think he would like any thing dealing with “Jarheads”. He really good to talk with.

There’s an a Very Mature Navy guy, that is still putting puzzles together. Not the real big ones, maybe 200 pieces or so. He likes the ones with pretty scenes and such. Kinda bright ones. He’s got talent.

Our next Veteran is an Army veteran. I think anything dealing with the Army would be nice for him. He has a very dedicated wife, who spends a lot of time with him. Sweet woman.

The last Veteran I would like to mention is a very Mechanical Minded guy who likes Popular Mechanics Magazines and Hunting Magazines. If anyone has any magazines like that, I am sure he would appreciate them.

If you have any questions, please give me a holler.

Looking forward to hearing about all the support that you will provide Santa with.

Thank you all.

Call now to connect with business.

Hey folks, incase you haven’t heard Larry Fessenden is in the ICU in Muskegon. He’s having some serious medical issues. No visitors at this time.I just mailed to the hospital a Get Well Card.

We need to pray for him and his family. He’s a pretty decent fellow

Hey folks I want to tell you a little bit about how my Saturday went . I got up early , due to having a mission at a store south of me . I was really struggling about having to go and be around a bunch of people and smiling and all . Well I finally got myself together and went . I was able to be around some pretty nice adults and kids. I even laughed and smiled a few times . Yet still kinda feeling a little bit of .

I knew that I had another major commitment up in Hart. It was checking out how 4 Military Veterans were doing . Upon entering and visiting with each Veterans my own personal struggles didn’t seem important anymore . Theses guys and their wife’s and families , were just happy to seeing someone who took just a bit of time out of their lives to see them . I spent about 15 minutes with each of them .

Just in that short time , I realized how fortunate how I am. The Marine, a seriously wounded Korean War Veteran, told me some interesting stories and about his wonderful wife and son. He motivated me with his attitude . A Navy Veteran was busy pulling a detailed puzzle together . And he had a huge stack He plans on working on later . He’s very driven , for being older than our own, Dean.

To keep from turning into a book, or going over 5 minutes , I will come to the point l am trying to make

Anytime you think about how rough you are feeling either physically or mentally think about them .

I heard no complaints either from them or the beautiful wife of one of them . Such a blessing my trip turned out to be . I entered the building feeling sorry for myself and left , like I can conquer the world .

To close this out. I heard from a good source , that Santa and one of his trusted Elfs will be visiting both medical care facilities on Christmas Day. He’s gathering up special goodies for each and every Veteran . I think he would welcome the company on this most special occasion .

Thank you and Good night
