While the University of Michigan may have narrowly lost to The Ohio State University in this year's Blood Battle at Michigan, we are incredibly proud of our community's spirit and dedication! 💙💛
Together, we donated 1,622 pints of blood, which can save over 4,800 lives this holiday season! This year's competition brought in a total of 3,347 pints, showcasing the power of collaboration and the impact we can make when we unite for a common cause.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated and donated! Your contributions are vital in helping those in need, and we are grateful for your support. Let’s continue to work together to save lives and make a difference!
The Wolverines donated just over 100 pints of blood behind Ohio State University in this year’s “Blood Battle,” Valerie Goodwin, senior public relations representative at UM Health, wrote in a Dec. 3 email.
