Our small class is led by DJ Anderson every Friday at 1:00 PM at Galaxy and is perfect for anyone who’s recently finished therapy or isn’t quite ready to jump into a traditional gym setting. There's only 4 participants per class, so you’ll get personalized guidance from our expert physical therapists. We focus on strength, balance, endurance and building confidence as you continue your wellness journey.
