💥First up Thrive Feeding and Lactation Stephanie Rahe will be discussing all things oral function! This topic is for parents of all ages as many oral ties go undiagnosed and may cause issues as kids get older!
💥Second we have Kristen McKee of Beautiful Beginnings & Wellness LLC teaching us how to track our fertility for both trying to conceive and natural prevention. A woman's cycle tells a lot about her overall health and wellness and something we all could use a refresher on!

Natural Family Planning doesn't have to be hard or something you think about all day long. As I hold my babies here on earth, I never forget the one in Heaven. 👼🏼 She would be 2 today, and though her siblings never met her, the joy they share in celebrating her reminds me she’ll always be part of our family. 💜

To the Mama who has walked this path, I see you. I know this ache, and I want you to know you’re not alone in it. I’m always here to talk, to share, or to just be a listening ear. We’re in this together. 🤍

✨ Exciting news! ✨
By God’s grace and through hard work and dedication, I’m thrilled to share that I have officially passed my exam and am now an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)! This journey has been a blessing, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to support families in their breastfeeding journeys with love and faith.

Thank you to everyone who prayed for and encouraged me along the way. I look forward to continuing this calling to help moms and babies thrive with expert care and God’s guidance. 💙🤱🙏
