There’s something really powerful about being in a room with people who get it.

Not just the workouts — but the stage of life, the mental load, the ups and downs of showing up for yourself.

One of the things I love most about our classes is the way the group supports each other.

It’s not about being the strongest person in the room.

It’s about showing up, encouraging each other, and getting a little stronger together each week.

Ever notice how you can work out… but still feel kind of disconnected from your core?

Like you’re doing the moves, but when you go to lift your kid or get up off the floor, it still feels harder than it should.

That’s usually not a “you need more crunches” problem.

It’s a coordination problem.

Your breath, core, and pelvic floor are supposed to work together.

After pregnancy? They often don’t.

So instead of piling on more exercises, we start here — 360° breathing.

Teaching your body how to manage pressure and support itself again.

When that clicks, everything else feels better.

If you’ve been trying to “engage your core” —and it’s still not feeling stronger… this might be why...

Holding your breath, sucking in your belly, or feeling your abs push out into your hands — is not truly activating properly...

Doesnt matter if youre newly postpartum or its been years since you had kids, your core may just need a reset in how it’s firing.

This is exactly what I help my clients with — retraining the deep core to engage the right way so it actually supports you in daily life.

👉 Try this: place your hands on your lower abs.
As you exhale, your abs should gently pull away from your hands — not pop up or out.

⚠️And remember — this isn’t about “sucking in.” That’s a totally different pattern that prevents good core activation.

When your deep core fires the right way, everyday movements — lifting, carrying, bending — feel easier, lighter, and more stable.

This studio was built for real moms — It’s for the women running on broken sleep, reheated coffee, and a brain that never stops tracking everyone else’s needs.

A place to hit pause, move your body in a way that actually feels good, and remember that your strength matters too.

MOM STRONG — Small-group strength classes for ALL stages of motherhood! Build strength, improve mobility, and connect with other moms — all guided by a physical therapist + personal trainer.

BUILD AFTER BABY — A 6-week small-group series for early postpartum moms (6 weeks–6 months). Reconnect to your core & pelvic floor, rebuild full-body strength, and learn safe movement patterns for everyday life.

1:1 SESSIONS — Personalized physical therapy or personal training that bridges rehab and fitness. Ideal for postpartum recovery, everyday aches, or anyone wanting individualized guidance on movement/exercise!

Whether you’re coming in for 1:1 sessions or joining a group class, everything here is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and handle the day-to-day with more ease (and less pain).
