but your body still doesn’t feel quite right.

Lifting the car seat feels harder than it should.
Carrying laundry, picking up your baby, moving through your day — it all feels different now.

And if you used to enjoy working out, you might miss that version of yourself…
but also feel unsure how to start again in a way that actually feels safe.

That’s exactly why Build After Baby exists.

This is a 6-week small-group program designed for women who want to feel better in their bodies again — not just during workouts, but in everyday life.

Inside the program, we focus on:
✔️ reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor
✔️ improving posture, control, and confidence in movement
✔️ gradually building full-body strength that supports real postpartum life

All classes are held in a baby + kid-friendly studio — because feeding, naps, and unpredictable schedules are part of the season you’re in.

By the end of the session, most women feel:
• stronger carrying their baby
• more confident moving and exercising
• more like themselves again — sometimes even stronger than before 👀

A lot of postpartum women are cleared to exercise but aren’t given any guidance on how to rebuild first.

So they go back to what they used to do — not because they’re rushing, but because they don’t know there’s another option.

The truth is, long-term strength comes from building a solid foundation first.

That means spending time on:
• core and pelvic floor connection
• hip and glute strength
• hip and back mobility

When those pieces are in place, everything else feels better and works the way it’s supposed to.

I always think about it like building a house — if the foundation isn’t strong, it doesn’t matter how much you add on top of it.

That’s exactly why Build After Baby is structured the way it is.

We focus on rebuilding the foundation so strength training actually supports your body long-term.

Your core is literally the center of your body and plays a role in every strength movement.

That’s why proper connection, breathing, and activation are something we work on together — not something you’re expected to already have figured out.

Whether you’re in Build After Baby, Mom Strong, or working 1:1, core connection is a foundational piece of how we train. 

You don’t have to feel ready — we build the foundation first, then layer strength on top of it.

These are some of the most common thoughts I hear from women after they’ve been cleared to exercise.

Clearance is often treated like a finish line, but for most women it’s actually the most confusing part. 

You’re told it’s safe to exercise — without clear guidance on what that should look like, how to progress, or what your body actually needs right now.

That uncertainty is why so many women either do too much too soon… 

or avoid strength training altogether out of fear of making things worse.

Build After Baby was created to bridge that gap — with structured, progressive strength and guidance that respects postpartum recovery while still helping you move forward with confidence.

Most women don’t struggle because they don’t want to work out.

They struggle because the environments available to them don’t really support the season they’re in — or make them want to keep coming back.

After having kids, a lot of gym spaces start to feel rushed, intimidating, or just not built with you in mind. 

Your body feels different, your time feels limited, and the pressure to “keep up” doesn’t help.

Evolution Mom was created to be something different.

Here, the workouts matter — but so does how you feel while you’re doing them.

Days like this tend to fill up quickly - managing schedules, weather, kids, work, and everything in between.

Its easy for your own needs to slip to the bottom of the list.

This is your reminder that caring for yourself doesn't have to be big, long, or perfect to matter!

A few minutes of movement, breathing, or space to yourself still counts!
