It’s built for your body — not the general population.

If you’ve ever walked into a typical gym class and felt unsure modifying movements, skipped core work because it didn’t feel right, or just pushed through symptoms because “that’s what everyone else is doing”… you’re not alone.

Evolution Mom was created to be different on purpose.

I combine evidence-based strength training with rehab-informed movement — created specifically for moms in all stages: pregnancy, postpartum, or years beyond. 

The programming is intentionally designed to address the physical changes that come with pregnancy and the natural hormonal and musculoskeletal shifts that happen as women age.

That means we’re NOT ignoring core changes, pelvic floor function, load tolerance, or the real-life demands of motherhood — we’re training WITH them in mind.
