CURE Clinic

CURE Clinic is a pro-bono physical therapy clinic at Lebanon Valley College that serves patients that are uninsured.

Physical therapy treatment is provided by students in the LVC graduate doctorate of physical therapy program. Our Mission:
To provide skilled physical therapy services to the uninsured population in the local communities, to promote overall health while providing physical therapy students the opportunity for experiential learning and to develop clinical skills and reinforce the core values of the physical therapy profession.

The C.U.R.E. In Motion fundraising weeks start tomorrow!!🥳💪🏼🫀🦿✨🎉

The C.U.R.E. BOD have dedicated these next two weeks to fundraising for the clinic and we are hoping to hit our goal of $2000 by the end! On the second slide of this post has the meter that we are trying to fill with a challenge at each milestone for each BOD member to complete! Those challenges will be posted on this account so be sure to follow along!!!

For donations, there was a bingo board sent out through email on Friday that you can post or send out in anyway possible to help bring donations in! Your friends and family can venmo the money to you and then the money can be sent to Sorrell Long (venmo: Sorrell-Long). BUT! Make sure to include the class you are wishing to support, being DPT class of 2026, 2027, or 2028, or the money won’t count towards that class!!

Donations will be stopped on March 31st at noon and the winning class will be announced later that day!! The winning class will receive a pizza party sponsored by the C.U.R.E. clinic!!🍕🍕

This holiday season, we wanted to give back to one of the clinics that help provide referrals to us at the CURE clinic, so we're collecting donations for the Lebanon Free Clinic! They are in need of items such as clorox wipes, paper towels, and non-expired OTC medications. Donations can be dropped off at the bin outside room 112 in AHPP! 🩵

Next Thursday Oct 12, we are partnering with several clubs on campus to host a blood drive for the Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank!

Go to 717GiveBlood.org to sign up for a 30 minute time slot from 9am- 4:30pm on October 12th and give the life-saving gift of a blood donation!
