Cheryl has been absolutely killing it these last few months! 17.6 lbs down, 11 inches lost, and an abundance of happiness and confidence gained! 🤩👏🏼 She shows up 3x a week, does every exercise in every workout plan I put together for her with the most effort, and is always sweating when she leaves! 💪🏼 🙌🏼
