Feeling more like a resort than a traditional nursing home, our state-of-the-art facility has a homelike atmosphere, making us a perfect choice for individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation, long-term care or post-operative recovery. Our facility is approximately 5 miles from StoneCrest Medical Center and has easy access to other Nashville-area hospitals. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Hickory Woods features advanced therapy equipment, such as the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®, Biodex Balance System SD and VitalStim® therapy system. Our in-house rehabilitation and nursing team create individualized care plans for each patient and resident, focusing on their personal needs and goals.
