These Gluten-Free Chocolate Donuts Taste Illegal 🍩🔥

Gluten-free donuts with a chocolate glaze = your sign to bake something cozy + better-for-you today 🍩✨

Soft, golden, chocolate-dipped and completely gluten-free… but still giving bakery vibes. Perfect for a weekend treat, post-workout sweet fix, or a cute Galentine’s snack board 💕

Here’s the quick recipe 👇

🍩 Donuts:
1 cup GF 1:1 flour
½ cup almond flour
⅓ cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
⅓ cup almond milk
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp maple syrup

Mix dry + wet separately → combine → pipe into greased donut pan → bake 350° for 12–15 min. Cool.

🍫 Chocolate Glaze:
¾ cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1–2 tbsp milk
Melt, stir, dip, sprinkle + enjoy.

✨ Pro Tip:
Want a more balanced treat? Add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder to the batter and a splash more milk. You’ll get a higher-protein donut that actually keeps you full 🙌🏼wellness coach approved 😉

Strong enough for your goals 💪

💌 Raspberry Protein Mousse (serves 2)
✨ No baking. No guilt. All the love.

Ingredients 🤍
• 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
• 2/3 cup fresh raspberries
• 1/3 cup vanilla whey protein
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: extra raspberries + whipped cream on top

How to 💕
1️⃣ Blend everything until smooth and creamy
2️⃣ Spoon into glasses (cute ones encouraged)
3️⃣ Chill 30 minutes, garnish, and enjoy
