The hawaiian fire dance. the hawaiians are very spiritual people and they share their spirituality through dance. the dances have a story. and it is shared as a tradition passed down through the generations. pele the goddess of the Volcano.
Spews forth the fire from within the Earth, and new Earth is created as the molten lava flows down.
To the water creating new land.

Two years ago, I woke up before my dad. I came out of my room. to get some water from the kitchen, and I glanced up. And that's when I saw it. I grabbed my phone and ran outside and turned on my phone and waited for it to boot up, so I could take a picture of the glorious sunrise. The natural beauty all around us and just amazes me. And when we open our eyes, it's right there in front of us... the truth is, there's beauty inside of you. And if you haven't noticed it recently... turn within and give yourself a chance to connect and allow the beauty to flow out of you. You are beautiful!!!

When I am up early, and I see a bunch of color, streaming into my living room, and I look out and see this... my feet start moving really fast as I grab my camera and start snapping photos before the lights changes as the sun is rising... Happy day!

Tap into the beauty within you... For years, I advocated meditation and didn't make it a priority in my own life. Today, I meditate twice a day. What's the difference? I finally prioritized myself. I always ask clients/friends, "Are you worth 5 minutes a day?" And often, I'm told, "well, when you say it like that! Of course." I am worth 5 minutes a day, and so are you. It makes a BIG difference in life/living/moment to moment. As you STILL your mind, then you are more open to the truth/light/Spirit within you. Make yourself a priority in your own life, and it will pay you dividends if you MEDITATE. I am a happier, grounded, open, available person because of it. Blessings and meditate!

It's easy to get caught up in the trauma and drama and Chaos all around us. The body is not designed to live in that type of environment. It's easy to take on everything outside of us. And this is a reminder that if you take it on it's your opportunity to Let It Go. What you pick up you can put down. Let go of the stress. Let go of the anxiety. Let go of the fear. Let go of the chaos. Recenter yourself inside your core. We are Divine beings. Reignite the fire within you the balance within you the peace within you. Whether you meditate or use a different form of relaxation the point is to use it. Free Yourself and return yourself to Harmony. We all deserve that!

Radiant Internal Energy is all about you, taking action to shift your energy to... positive, radiant, light, energy. I love the image of the lotus blossom, ready to open. You can always open, and awaken to the light within. Meditating every morning has changed my life. I am more open, happy, glowing (from the inside out), and I also receive messages when I am meditating. The most important thing that I have found is to meditate every day. The length is not as important. Prioritizing yourself, and making the time as early as possible, keeps you in a more receptive state. Prioritize yourself. This is a form of Self care. And repetition. Enjoy the benefits!

My mom and dad celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, 18 years ago. I told them that I couldn't come, so sent flowers and leis instead. And... I showed up.
Dad was happy to see me.
And when my mom came down the stairs from the choir loft... she got about 5 steps before she saw me, and we both started crying.
The last few days have been emotional.
I host my dad's high school friends for dinner once a week. And I visited See's candy yesterday. It was dad's favorite place. One of the ladies asked how he was, and I had to tell her that he was gone.
And then yesterday afternoon, his high school friends - the extended bunch - meets once a year. Some brought me jars (empties from the jam he made), others talked to me about my uncle Phil. Some had worked with him for many years. Another lady had dated Uncle Phil and wanted to know how his kids, and grandkids were doing.
All in all - it's been a good Father's Day. And yes, my dad is still missed.

Life is not good or bad. It's your perspective that makes it so. When you feel like things are going wrong, it's easy to feel that you're a victim. However using the victim mindset you actually draw to you what you don't want. It's valuable to find some good in whatever has happened. If you can find a nugget or a grain or a gift in the situation, then it's not bad because you found good in it. Chew on that for a while. Find a little good in everything. As you do you will shift your perspective in a positive way. Give yourself Grace if you have done something less than good. Give others Grace if they have made errors. In this way you free yourself. I start each day in meditation. Which gives me a positive foundation for the day.

Keep your eyes open. Especially your internal - eyes. There are things happening all around us. Focus on the positive. It builds a bridge to the reality you want to create. If you focus on the trash, you get more trash in your life. Instead focus on creating the Beautiful the light the possibilities within you. Many blessings. Embrace it. Be involved in yourself and the possibilities, and create it!
