After 2 weeks of being ill, I realize that I have learned/re-learned so much from my downtime. 1. I so appreciate my health. It's been 11 years since I have been this ill, and I so appreciate my health and all of the working parts 😀. 2. It is easy to put things off, and now I no longer want to wait to do things, I choose now, and including time in my schedule for them including time with friends, and travel. 🧚♀️ 3. I have put off writing a book for way too long. Now I have no more excuses. I am writing today. And everyday. 💫 and finally, i take the time to work in my garden. Even if it is just a little every day, it gives me sunshine, and dirt under my fingernails which seems to be emotionally healthy for me. 🌱
