Hey everyone, my name is Rory, thank you for checking out my page!
For those of you who know me, you know I'm passionate about fitness and I take my faith seriously, I wanted to create something that would combine those two things together because they have given me freedom to be who I really am and use what I have learned to help others become the best versions of themselves.
I truly believe everyone that is able should be moving their bodies in some way, God gave us these bodies to live in forever and we need to be taking care of them. Fitness may be scary to some or a lot of work, but I want to show you it can be fun and there are other forms of fitness besides just going to the gym.
I've been in Appleton for about 3 years now and have started going to church and volunteer a few times a week. At first it was something I did because it was the right thing to do but once you really start living by faith, things all come together, you better yourself for you and your loved ones. Some days it's hard to have faith when it feels like the world is against you but the community here will provide you with the support and motivation you need for whatever life throws at you!
By making yourself a priority, you are helping those around you, and becoming the best version of yourself. It may be messy, uncomfortable, HARD, but you know what? IT"S WORTH IT!
Growing up, and as an adult I struggled with anxiety and depression, a long the way I learned things that work, things that don't, ways to cope without medication and breathing exercises.
I hope you will join me on this journey, there will be more coming soon but for now I want to start building my community and sharing knowledge and motivation to help you out, we are all in this together!
