Weekly Functional Strength Class for Women! 💪Every Tuesday 4:30pm-5:15pm

What: Total Body Resistance class using weights to:

• Increase overall strength and endurance
• Burn more calories
• Improve coordination
• Prevent age-related muscle loss
• Reduce joint pain
• Improve stability and balance
• Make everyday tasks easier

When: Every Tuesday from 4:30pm-5:15pm

Who: Women – all ages and fitness levels welcome!

Where: Sole 2 Soul Wellness Center (W5361 County Rd KK, Ste D, Appleton WI 54915)

Cost: $10 per class or 10-class pass for $85 (cash, check or venmo)

You are able to pre-register OR just show up for this class

**All participants will need to sign a waiver, so please 10 min arrive early your first class if you are new to the Sole 2 Soul Fitness Center
