This simple but powerful reminder reflects the heart of Sandra Piotrowski, MSE, MAC, LPC, SAC’s work. She helps clients create space between reaction and response—building awareness, emotional balance, and confidence along the way.

Sandra works with children, teens, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, and life transitions. Her approach is warm, supportive, and focused on helping each person feel seen while developing tools for lasting change.
