Despite what many people think, your memory isn’t wiped when you take a new body in each lifetime. It’s always stored via your Higher Self and the Akashic Records, so it’s never gone completely. You simply don’t download your memories to your new body automatically each time you incarnate.

If you want to download the memories of your past lives to your conscious mind from your subconscious mind, you can do so via meditation, hypnosis and via the akashic records.

This is so true! 🤣 Do you work for free? Volunteer work is also important in life, or donating to those in need, but when we have those same 3D needs as anyone else, that requires us to charge for our time (and sometimes websites and/or locations we provide for facilitating your sessions in a private setting)... and of course, the energy exchange.

I saw this post and it really makes me sad. I can't tell you how many times I hear people talk about being stressed out about the holidays.

Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Holidays should be a peaceful time of getting together and sharing time with each other.

If you're already feeling the pressure, try some of these things.

1. Say No. Don't take on anything that stresses you out or disrupts your peace.
2. Stay hydrated and eat clean, fresh food to fuel your body.
3. Wear comfy clothes. Being uncomfortable all day will only make you cranky.
4. Schedule time for yourself! Book your facial, reflexology, or massage EARLY! Set time aside now before you "don't have any time for yourself ".
