This was so yummy and stretchy! As you know I love to learn and grow as a teacher I like to follow as well this is a great morning flow to move through the pain and get your morning started. She is one of my favorite yoga teachers and I have been following her since I started yoga 3 years ago. My intention today is Gratitude… thankful for so much and I’m thank for all of you!
