One Percent Better Nutrition was created to cut the crap in our over-saturated and misinformed health and fitness community. We got tired of "influencers" and companies lying through their teeth, making money off of others' pain and willingness to do anything to get healthy. So we decided to do something about it.

​We created a system that educates and supports our members so they may easily impl

ement what they learn into their daily lives, and the lives of their loved ones. We make nutrition simple and relatable, in hopes to reach as many people as possible. With the power of people and education, we will turn the tables on every weight loss gimmick and fad diet out there! We have three completely different program styles to choose from. Because this stuff is NOT one sized fits all, and there shouldn't be only ONE way to eat better! You can find tons of details on each program on our website! Health is not about crazy limitations and magic pills.

That (hopefully) sounds ridiculous... but I've had people tell me they were upset with what the scale said, they went to the bathroom, then they were happier.

Hmm.... ya didnt just πŸ’© out fat.... so, why does it make them feel better?

The stronghold that number has on people. πŸ˜”

That number.... an arbitrary number we decide makes or brakes our success.

Say yours is.... 150. Why not 153? Or 158?
What makes you more successful at one number over the other?

What if at 150 you felt weak... always hungry... and were pretty much miserable?

What if at 158 you love the way you look at feel?

"Oh then the number wouldn't matter..."

So then why does 150 matter at all?

It takes time...
But there's freedom on the other side of the scale.

This isn't something you just "do" for a few months until you reach your goals.

That's why people "drop weight fast"....and then gain it all back (plus some) when they go back to their crap habits.

These last 3 months created her new lifestyle.

And that's possible because we blend better habits with being human.

Her birthday was a big eye opener. She learned how to celebrate birthdays and random outings without feeling guilt, and how to prevent a bad day (cuz we ALL have them) from sn*******ng into a week πŸ™Œ

Oh. And she didn't count macros or calories ☺️

Some companies CLAIM they don't have you count macros, and then that's all you do lolz.

It's never about what you "can't have." You're a freakin adult, you can eat whatever you want.

It's using your knowledge and habits to plan, while being human 😊

Don't just say yes because they have followers. As much a you may love them, they don't care about you.

Meet 😎 She has been rediscovering old clothes that fit again and working to build steady habits. She has hit a few milestones already having her "in disbelief" of the changes.

The compliments are starting to roll in, but more importantly, she is learning to trust herself 😊

The gratification from the work you put in makes this stick. No shortcuts. No gimmicky supplements.

You don't learn or appreciate anything from injections or fads.

But those looking for shortcuts are not who I'm looking to help.

I work with those who want to learn, want healthy changes, and refuse to put their health at risk for short term results.
