Did you know a single blood donation can help save up to three lives?

Blood donations support surgeries, emergency care, cancer treatment, and more—right here in our community.

The full process takes about an hour, and most donors say it’s easier than they expected.

The bloodmobile will be at Mad River Community Hospital:

April is Stress Awareness Month, and we want to start with something simple: stress is normal. It's part of being human, especially in a community that works as hard as ours does.

But "normal" doesn't mean we have to just push through it. When we notice stress and take small steps to address it, everything gets a little easier — our sleep, our relationships, our health.

Humboldt in the spring is something special — everything is green, flowers are out, and the air smells amazing. Unless, of course, that air is making your eyes water and your nose run nonstop. 🌿

If you've been sneezing your way through April, you're not alone. By the way, allergies can develop at any age.
