We did one tonsillectomy scar release session on her!

(She never had a tonsillectomy but trauma to that throat area.) This type of scar release would also work for those who have been intubated.)

Scar affect our bodies far beneath the surface by interfering with the fascia underneath.

Fascia is like a soft sweater knit that runs throughout the body. When a scar forms, it can act like a snag or knot in that knit. Even though the snag is small, it can create tension in the surrounding threads and affect how everything moves.”

This patient had trouble doing anything that involved bending, as they felt like they were being pulled back like a bungee cord.

After ONE treatment this patient could:
👟 bend over to get their shoes easier,
🦵 able to pull their leg up and put shoe on without physically picking leg up with hands,
😣 Pain level went for 8 —-> 3!!
🧠 Anxiety and shaky hands decreased
