Anger can be a powerful message from our higher self. It gives us information about boundaries that have been crossed, aspects of our life that no longer serve us, or insights into the ways in which we need to practice self care (taking deep breaths, putting things into perspective, checking in with your emotions etc). But anger that we hold onto can cause intense long-term emotional and physical pain. If we do not learn to identify, honor, and release that anger, we can have long-term negative impacts that last a lifetime. The good news is you CAN release it, no matter where it came from and no matter how long it has been with you. The relief and peace you have on the other side is glorious and healing.
