Meet Adrian, our newest certified personal trainer!

With over 10 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and weightlifting coach- his skills range from strength training, weight loss, rehab and athletic performance enhancement.

Personally, Adrian has been a local and national competitor in Olympic style weightlifting- even winning 2nd place this year at the USAW Masters National Competition!

As a competitor, he understands the ups/downs of training aggressively, navigating injuries, and having intense focus on technique- meaning he can meet you wherever you’re at with your health/fitness goals.

Specializing in yoga and mobility work- she has taught over 2,500 classes, as well as led numerous events, workshops, and retreats.

Receiving her certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine- she uses her skill set and training to tailor individual exercise and nutrition sessions, helping you meet your wellness goals.
