As we head into the holiday season, let’s stay mindful and focused on our goals! The best thing about following this plan is that it resets your baseline insulin levels, which can curb cravings, support healthier food choices, and help you age well.
As the weather cools, don’t forget to enjoy delicious, plan-friendly meals! Lean roast, taco soup, chicken tortilla soup, and chili can all fit perfectly with our program, even in the first 30 days! And for those of you who’ve added extras like avocado or cheese, you can enhance these meals even more all while staying on track.
