My latest project:

I’ve been doing this for my existing patients to a certain extent for years, but am so excited to offer a comprehensive Annual Movement Physical for the patients at Inspire Integrative Medicine now too!

Appointments are now available for Annual Physical Movement Wellness Exams starting in mid-November. This proactive, head-to-toe physical wellness assessment by Kristen Cooper, MSPT, DPT, CSCS will be designed to help you optimize your health and precent issues before they happen.

Our goal is to assess your body to identify hidden risks, optimize mobility, and provide personalized strategies for your well-being. Think of it as routine maintenance for your body—just like you'd service your car even if it's running fine.

These exclusive, annual appointments will only be offered to InspireIM patients.

100% of our athletes got FASTER!

(Yes, that means DROPPED time in the graph above!)

In eight off-ice strength and conditioning sessions over the summer, combined with outlined weekly home programming, athletes from the U12 NAVY LA hockey team improved their 20yd sprint times (ex. in one of our graphs shown above), as well as had improved upper and lower body endurance, improved core stability, balance, power/explosiveness, and body composition. Team bonding, creating trusting relationships, and summer fun were all extra perks.

Off season strength and conditioning training not only helps to improve athletic performance, but can improve resiliency to injury during the season to keep athletes in the game.

Ready for the Fall Season!

Research shows that over half of all disc herniations go away without surgery (the disc material is reabsorbed by the body) and supports first line conservative care in most cases(there are always exceptions!). I’ve had so many people tell me about their “disc issue” from ten years ago that is limiting their activities. Make sure you know what is actually causing your pain to find an appropriate treatment plan. Get back to doing the things you love!
