Many of our patients are used to seeing some smiling babies while they are in the office getting ready to get adjusted. As cute as they can be, the reality is many babies are brought to us because they are struggling. Whether it’s after a long labor, breastfeeding issues, colic, or even digestion issues there are a number of reasons to get a baby checked by a pediatric trained chiropractor.

Adjusting to their new environment can be tough on a newborn and specific adjustments can help their nervous system adapt to the world. We are so honored to have the chance to help little ones thrive and adapt to all the changes in life, just like Emarosa here!

Join us in welcoming Lisa, our new patient care coordinator 😊 Lisa will be helping with all of our patient care and will greet you as soon as you walk in. (Jasmine has been demoted as primary greeter for the time being 😉) Lisa is a jersey shore native and has experienced the power of chiropractic care first hand after finding migraine relief. She loves spending time hiking with her dog, acting, and is currently working on writing a short film. We love Lisa and can’t wait for you all to meet her 😍

Did you know chiropractic can help with developmental issues like crawling? It is so important for babies to reach all of their milestones and if their spine isn’t moving properly or they have difficulty with certain movements it can affect how their nervous system adapts to their environment and world. Callan came to us with severe neck tension and torticollis which was stopping him from rotating his head to both sides and even using both his arms. After getting adjusted he is now cruising all over the place and working his way to walking. If you swipe you can see the difference in his nervous system scans from his first adjustment to now. Whatever your birth plan is or ends up being, we are here for you and baby. Thank you to all our patients for another amazing year of healing! We are beyond grateful to be able to care for so many families and little ones, like little Frankie here!

Frankie is just 3 weeks old and just had her first adjustment with her family. (Although she has been coming in while in her mama’s belly for nine months before today ☺️) It’s never too early to get checked for spinal subluxation. And adjustments for the whole fam can help ease into the new way of life with a newborn.

Tomorrow is our last day for appointments until the new year. We wish you all a peaceful and merry holiday 🎄and cheers to another year of health!
