We are honored to host Bhante Sujatha, a Buddhist monk of 40+ years, for his workshop “L.O.V.E.: Living Our Values Everyday.” Bhante is known for his joyful, radiant spirit and his unique ability to make deep wisdom feel incredibly simple. He doesn’t just teach meditation; he teaches people the art of true happiness and contentment.

It’s fitting that Wendy is featured in Camel Pose (Ustrasana) to celebrate. This posture is all about opening the heart chakra, requiring courage, vulnerability, and the strength to breathe through discomfort. Much like her journey to 100 classes, Camel Pose is about the process of bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to reach.

This week we’re celebrating two big milestones and two community members who truly embody showing up.

Joanne, congratulations on reaching 100 classes 🤍

Joanne brings so much wisdom, perspective, and quiet strength into this space. Her presence is steady, kind, and deeply grounding—and it’s felt the moment she walks into the room. She shows us what commitment looks like. Showing up early. Making space for herself. Using her practice as a place to refill her cup so she can continue giving so much to the world around her.

Yoga was never meant to be rushed.

When we give ourselves more time, the practice shifts. There’s space to move with intention, stay with each pose a little longer, and let breath become an anchor to the present moment. The mind has time to settle. The body has time to open.

That’s why we value longer practices. Not to do more, but to experience the practice more fully.

Meditate + Flow is our way of offering that space.
A 90-minute warm, all-levels practice, offered on weekend mornings at 8am, that weaves together movement, yogic teachings, breathwork, and meditation—rooted in tradition while staying approachable and modern…. A complete practice. Without the rush. ❤️
